Alfons Grieder, the ambassador of Basle Drumming, produced a vinyldisc in the end of the 60s, called “The Basle Drumming.”
This disc contains the most important rudiments of Basle Drumming and some samples of marches and compositions in basle style. We now mastered this disc and add two bonus tracks. First the recording, where the 11 years old Alfons played the "Railway" with his drum master Dr. Fritz R. Berger, and second the recording from the “Geigy-Festivals” by Rolf Liebermann, where Alfons plays with the Symphonic Orchester of Bremen/Germany. |
